Delete Your AtlasRemit Account
We respect your right to erasure. This page explains exactly how to request account deletion, what data is removed, and what we are legally required to retain.
Before you proceed: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Any pending transactions must be completed or cancelled before submitting a deletion request. Outstanding balances must be withdrawn first.

Choose whichever method works best for you. Both routes are equally valid and will result in the same outcome.

Option B — Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request by email.
- 1Send an email from your registered address to support@atlasremit.com.
- 2Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request — [your registered email]".
- 3Include your full name and the phone number linked to your account.
- 4Our team will verify your identity and confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- 5Deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.
Processing Time
